natt Consulting was established in 2010 in the UK and is owned and run by Chris Knatt. Chris also plays a key part in project delivery.
Importantly, Knatt Consulting works with a range of trusted associate consultants who have many years experience in a wide variety of fields. This allows us to deliver projects of all scales and sizes for clients worldwide building teams customised to suit the particular needs of the work.

Director and Principal ConsultantChris has over 20 years experience in the aviation industry gained in a range of senior management roles in engineering, major projects, operational and business planning disciplines.
Through his own independent aviation consultancy, Chris is now providing a range of services to the aviation industry to deliver improvements in clients business results.

Mark Walker
Associate ConsultantMark is an accomplished and dynamic business change leader with a passion for process improvement, operational excellence and innovation. He has a proven track record in leadership of complex multi-million pound business improvement programmes encompassing delivery of infrastructure, process and technology enhancements in the aviation sector.
With over 15 years’ experience in a variety of roles at Heathrow Airport Ltd, Mark has developed comprehensive stakeholder engagement skills, and is proficient in building sustained and rewarding customer relationships within the challenging environment of a heavily unionised and government regulated organisation.
